DOES NOT FIT
  • 2021-2025 RANGER 1000 SOHC (Non-XP) these models have a Polaris P190X clutch. SEE R-SERIES KIT 15-585.
  • 2022-2025 ALL NORTHSTAR RANGER XP1000 AND XP1000 CREW MODELS. These models have a 6:1 crankshaft taper. Order RXL kits 15-605 thru 15-609 or 15-616 thru 620 for MY22-25 Northstar models. All are available from the DURACLUTCH RXL page.

"It was time for a new clutch and installed the new RXL by DURACLUTCH in my 21 RANGER Northstar and the following from the first rides. Put in their new secondary and belt, in a kit. Went from the stock Polaris clutch with the Gilomen fuel saver clutch kit.
  • Better shifting
  • The torque curve seems to match the motor, whereas you give it gas and it responds instead of reving up and making just noise, much better than stoick
  • Seems quieter overall
  • It's uniquely sealed unit, that should be good for dusty trail riders
  • Take off engagement, very smooth and much better than stock
  • Supposedly the 6 roller setup should be good for extending same speed driving, like many trail/road cruisers do."
