All three are sealed roller clutches. The RXL is the large-diameter clutch for 2018+ RANGER XP 1000, XPEDITION, 2024+ RZR XP 1000 and Kubota diesels. The RXS 1000 (black cover) fits GENERAL, RZR 1000 and RANGER 1000 models. The RXS 900 (red cover) fits 400 to 900cc machines plus Kohler and Yanmar diesels.
No. Kits marked “Choose Yours” come pre-calibrated for your tire size and riding elevation, which you pick when you order. All other kits arrive calibrated for your model. Just bolt it on and ride.
Yes. Each kit comes with instructions and the belt removal tool, and our installation videos walk you through every step. Instructions are also on each kit's product page.
Every 500 miles, take off the clutch cover, blow the dust out of the primary and secondary, and check the belt. Keep the clutch intake and outlet clear of snow, dust and debris.
