Which RXL fits my RANGER XP 1000?
It depends on the model year and whether it's a NORTHSTAR. 2018–2020 models take kits 15-595 to 15-599. 2021 models and 2022–2026 non-NORTHSTAR models take 15-611 to 15-615. 2022–2026 NORTHSTAR models take 15-616 to 15-620. Not sure of your model year? Look it up with your VIN.
Should I get the complete kit or primary-only?
The complete kit replaces both clutches with a matched, calibrated RXL primary and secondary. The primary-only kit ($1,199) is available for 2021–2026 RANGER XP 1000 models and keeps your stock secondary. Call us if you'd like help deciding.
I have a 2017 RANGER XP 1000. Does the RXL fit?
No. The 2017 RANGER XP 1000 and 2017–2018 CREW XP 1000 take the RXS 1000.
How do I choose the right calibration?
When you order, pick the tire size you run and the elevation you usually ride at. Your kit arrives pre-calibrated for both, so there's no tuning. Just bolt it on and ride.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Each kit includes instructions and the primary screw tool, and our installation videos walk you through every step.
What maintenance does it need?
Every 500 miles, take off the clutch cover, blow the dust out of the primary and secondary, and check the belt. Keep the clutch intake and outlet clear of snow, dust and debris.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we ship anywhere UPS delivers. Shipping is free to the Lower 48 states, and other destinations get a real-time UPS quote at checkout.
