Your information will ONLY be used to assist you with your warranty.
You’ll want to gather a little information before completing your registration:
- Make of you vehicle (Polaris, Bobcat, Gravely)
- Model of your vehicle (RZR, RANGER, etc)
- Vehicle model year (2019, 2005, etc)
- Number of Seats
- Tire Size
- Serial number on the primary of the DURACLUTCH kit
- Odometer reading
- VIN number
- Modifications to the vehicle
- Where your DURACLUTCH kit was purchased
- When your DURACLUTCH kit was purchased
- Date your DURACLUTCH kit was installed
