Shipping is an ongoing process throughout the day at DURACLUTCH. Orders come in, kits are pulled, custom setup to your machine, then packed, labeled and prepared for shipment. Then, once every business day, the UPS truck arrives and is greeted by stacks of DURACLUTCH kits ready to head to customers across the country.
Whether you order directly from duraclutch.com or purchase a DURACLUTCH product through Amazon, our goal is the same: get your order on its way as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders received during business hours ship the same day.
Over the years, our staff has honed the process into a well-oiled machine. Everyone knows what needs to happen, from the moment an order arrives until the box is handed over to UPS. The only regular interruptions are weekends and national holidays when UPS isn’t making its normal pickups.
Of course, shipping thousands of packages means that once in a great while, something may not go exactly according to plan. If you have a question about your order, need help tracking a shipment, or encounter an issue after it leaves our building, we’re here to help.
