Secondary Upgrade for the 2018-2020 RANGER XP1000s – Requires that you have Duraclutch Kit #15-520 Installed.

This kit is for current owners of a 15-520 Kit and a 2018-2020 RANGER XP1000 or 2019-2020 RANGER CREW XP1000s.

Thru months of development we paired our patented Duraclutch primary with a well proven post tied secondary for the newer RANGER platform. Direct bolt-on, easy installation, no tuning necessary! Experience Smoothability with this upgrade – smooth starts, smooth shifting and a smoother ride. Continuous belt engagement with your current Duraclutch primary and all NEW secondary results in no more belt burning and longer belt life.

Kit includes a calibrated Secondary, Belt, Belt Removal Tool, Secondary Bolt & Washer, Blue Loctite, Decal, Instructions.

Please note: This new 35-063 belt MUST be used for this kit to perform properly

Duraclutch Secondary #15-531 fits the following Polaris models that are currently equipped with Duraclutch Kit #15-520.
