Our Duraclutch System provides just the right engine braking for navigating hills and trails. Continuous belt engagement with the Duraclutch primary and secondary results in no more belt burning and longer belt life.
Kit includes a calibrated Primary and Secondary, Belt, Primary Clutch Screw with Bushing, 2 Sockets, Belt Removal Tool, Secondary Screw & Washers, Blue Loctite, Decal, Instructions.
Duraclutch Kit #15-549 Fits:
This kit does not fit 2022-2023 RANGER XP1000 & RANGER CREW XP1000 (Non NORTHSTAR models). Non-Northstar models have a 10:1 crankshaft taper. See Duraclutch kit #15-541 for those.
Also does not fit 2021-2023 RANGER 1000 (Non-XP). This model has the Polaris P190X CLUTCH. See DC kit 15-540.
